Meet Amanda:Hi there, my name is Amanda.
I am a freelance writer and editor with over 7 years of editorial experience. Born and raised in the woods of central Massachusetts, I have a love for quiet spaces with more grass than granite. Ironic, considering I moved to New Hampshire, a state known for just that, because I fell for its adventurous landscape. I mostly focus my work on place-based education, community development, early childhood literacy, children's literature, outdoor recreation, environmentalism, social justice and other impactful efforts. However, I have experience and interests that reach far beyond these topics. When I'm not studying children's literature or writing my own stories, I'm helping others create high-quality content that jumps off the page and pulls readers in.
